THIS IS A 10 WEEK PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR 2ND YEAR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AT NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY ONLY. THIS PLACEMENT IS UNDERTAKEN AS PART OF THEIR LLB (HONS) LAW AND LLB (HONS) BUSINESS LAW DEGREES
About The Team
Our Real Estate team, consists of several hundred lawyers, we are ranked ‘Band 1’ (Chambers and Partners) and ‘Tier 1’ (Legal 500). This allows us to draw upon the resource of a very large and capable Real Estate team, with experts available to advise on any specialist area that clients require. We can advise on strategic land, joint ventures, acquisition and development of residential estates, together with social housing disposals, residential property portfolio management, site assembly, funding, and planning and infrastructure agreements.

• To provide legal support to Trainees, Lawyers, and Partners, which means that you get a true picture of what a career in law could offer you in the long term.
To carry out any other such reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
Your Skills And Qualifications
• To have excellent academics and first-class organisation skills.
• To be able to build lasting relationships and have a flexible, can-do attitude to contribute and succeed with Freeths.
• To have excellent communication skills and be a real team player with a flexible and professional approach to work.
• Good IT skills, experience, and confidence with using Microsoft packages.
• To be able to consistently demonstrate and embody the firm’s values.
