Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer to provide comprehensive legal support across contract management, compliance, dispute resolution, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory adherence, mitigate legal risks, and support business operations within the CPaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and oversee contract compliance and lifecycle management.
• Client Onboarding Legal Support: Ensure legal documentation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
• Dispute Resolution & Debt Recovery: Manage legal aspects of debt recovery and handle client disputes.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor regulatory changes, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• General Legal Support: Provide legal advice on business operations, data protection, and international regulations.
• Intellectual Property Management: Safeguard company IP, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with governance standards, board resolutions, and company policies.
• Employment Law: Advise on employment policies, contracts, and workplace regulations.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Assist in legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-transaction support.
• Ethical & Social Responsibility: Ensure alignment with corporate social responsibility initiatives and legal standards.
Qualifications And Skills
• Law degree with relevant experience in corporate legal affairs.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with CPaaS industry regulations is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
