About Legal Operation Executive role


The Executive - Legal Operations will play a vital role in the legal and compliance department of Disprz, a Saas company providing corporate upskilling solutions. This position will report directly to the Director - Legal and Compliance and will be responsible for various tasks related to data management, contract lifecycle management, contract workflow, and coordination with internal teams. The role primarily focuses on updating and maintaining data in the company's CRM tool, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. The Executive - Legal Operations will work within the legal team, specifically assisting in managing Customer and Marketplace Partnership Contracts, as well as Channel Partnerships, Vendors, and NDAs.


Responsibilities (not exhaustive)


1. Data Management and Reporting:

Update revenue data in the CRM tool according to contractual terms and timelines.
Generate periodic reports on revenue data for management review.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in revenue data.
Analyze revenue data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing structures.
2. Contract Lifecycle Management:

Assist in managing the Contract Life Cycle Management system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates related to contract data.
Collaborate with the legal team to review, track, and manage contract workflow.
Support the legal team in monitoring contract compliance and timelines.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
3. Coordination and Communication:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with finance, legal, and business teams to facilitate invoicing and revenue recognition processes.
Assist in managing partner and procurement contract-related payouts.
Support the Customer and Marketplace Partnership Contracts wing and the Channel Partnerships, Vendors, and NDAs wing within the legal and compliance department.

Required skillset


A qualified graduate from a recognized university under any stream.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in computer usage.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM systems and revenue recognition principles is a plus.
