Bilzin Sumberg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary with 7+ years of commercial litigation experience to provide dedicated support to a group of attorneys, including 2 partners and 2 associates.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in litigation support, including:
Extensive knowledge of calendaring pleadings, motions, and related deadlines for both state and federal courts
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Word and comfort with other legal technology tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients
Prior experience in a major law firm environment
