A technology focused MNC with now require a lawyer for a 12 month contract (growth). You will be joining an established legal team, reporting to the General Counsel and exposed to a variety of legal, tech and commercial work.
Work Split
Commercial Deal Support: 75%
Projects: 25%
The Role
The primary function of the role includes working on a variety of technology agreements, transactions and commercial deals. This will require close stakeholder engagement and a continued supporting role to ongoing deal work.
You will partner closely with key business leaders, supporting commercial teams in areas such as partnerships and contractual negotiations across software, sales, technology and finance.
This will be your chance to utilise cutting edge technologies and create / reform policy and programs that align risk with reward.
Requirements
Open on PQE
Open on qualified jurisdiction
Trained and qualified at a reputable / international law firm
Must have a background in Technology and Commercial Deal Flow
Established in 2018 and with physical office locations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Spain.
To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, these include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
