Litigation & Arbitration
• Handling and Assisting Arbitration and Litigation cases /matters PAN India.
• Preparation of pleadings like claims, counter claims, written statements replies, Notes of arguments, Do good research, Vetting of documents,
• Coordinating with advocates.
• Meeting and interacting with businesses, understanding of issues and facts.
• Making strategy internally with Legal HOD and Business Head and teams.

Look after monthly MIS, Advocates bills and updating of case.

Essential: Candidate with LLB from a reputed institution.
