Job Description

Position Overview JOB ROLE: The role is based out of Mumbai and the incumbent will be responsible for managing the lending operations of loan portfolio of Deutsche Investment India Private Limited (NBFC). Experience of working with Private Banking set-up is mandatory with ability to handle client queries. Expertise in understanding credit as well as the legal documentation for NBFC Loan portfolio is mandatory. The specific Key requirements are listed below 1. Sound knowledge of credit as well as lending operations covering loan documentation preparation and perfection, collateral management, security perfection, Interest calculation and reset , Loan rollovers and disbursements. 2. Understanding of RBI regulations along with NBFC compliances with strong hold on KYC requirements is a must. 3. Good Knowledge of systems including client set-up, static data changes, interest reset and rollovers, Booking lending tickets, fund flow management, collateral valuation and shortfall review and other related activities. 4. Regulatory reporting requirements around the lending activities covering SBL/GBL, Concertation report, Income report, NSE/BSE reporting, CRILC reporting etc. 5. Sound knowledge of policies and processes including operational risk. Should have expertise around front to back review of processes along with identification of control gaps and its fixation. 6. Good experience around handling internal and external auditors including regulatory audits 7. Ensuring full compliance to all regulatory requirements and adherence to all the policies and procedures of Private Banking - Wealth Management 8. Knowledge of GST compliance, various filings/reportings as well as upload of data on regulatory portal. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Ideal candidate should haveexperiencein the Banking and NBFC Industry with regardsto handling Ultra High Net worth wealth client. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the following: 1. Graduate / Post Graduate in Financial Sector with minimum 8 years (Associate level) & 10-12 years (AVP level) of lending operations experience (Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC Loan operations). 2. Experience of credit systems (Moneyware SBL / Vantage) is preferred 3. Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, excel and Power Point, MS access) 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fluent in both written and spoken English.
