Position Overview:
As the NBFC Partnership Manager at Credflow, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with NBFCs to enhance our lending offerings. You will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships that support the growth of our platform and broaden the access of financial products for our SME customers. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the NBFC ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for driving fintech innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify and target potential NBFC partners to expand Credflow’s lending network, including both established players and emerging fintech-driven lenders.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner NBFCs, including decision-makers and senior leadership teams, to drive business growth.
• Strategic Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with NBFCs to establish mutually beneficial terms, ensuring both Credflow’s and our partners’ objectives are met.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of lending products on the platform. Help tailor product offerings to meet the needs of both the NBFCs and our end customers.
• Product Alignment: Understand the specific lending products and criteria of each NBFC and align them with the needs of Credflow’s SME clients, ensuring seamless access to financing options.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with developments in the NBFC sector, including regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor activity, to identify opportunities for partnership growth.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of NBFC partnerships, analyzing key metrics such as loan disbursal volume, customer satisfaction, and repayment rates to ensure partnerships are delivering value.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all partnerships comply with relevant financial regulations and risk management frameworks, working closely with the legal and compliance teams to draft and review partnership agreements.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as a key ambassador for Credflow when engaging with external partners, representing the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of the NBFC sector, lending products, and financial regulations in India (or relevant market).
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at senior levels within financial institutions and lending platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven approach to partnership development, with experience in managing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with fintech platforms is a plus.
