You will have at least 5 years of IT Support experience and will have worked as a Desktop Engineer or Server Engineer or both.

Level 2&3 Support experience
Experience providing technical support with Windows Server, Windows, Hyper-V, OneDrive, Exchange, O365, Azure, AD, Firewalls, Backup Solutions, MS Teams and more...
