Full job description
Position Summary: The Liaison Officer will act as the communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information exchange, fostering strong relationships, and resolving issues that may arise between parties. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (e.g., management, departments) and external organizations, agencies, or clients.
Communicate key information, updates, and concerns to all relevant stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Address and resolve any communication barriers or misunderstandings between the parties involved.
Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and status updates to senior management or stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure the organization’s objectives are met.
Represent the organization at external events, meetings, and functions to maintain and enhance relationships.
Support conflict resolution and problem-solving by offering alternative solutions and recommendations.
Maintain records of communications, meetings, and agreements.
Coordinate and manage logistics for conferences, events, and other activities requiring inter-departmental or external coordination.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in a liaison, communication, or project management role.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in (insert relevant languages, if applicable).
Preferred Skills:

Experience in [specific industry or sector].
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures (if relevant).

Pay: ₹15,67+.50 - ₹30,206.6+ per month
