Full job description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an RCI-approved license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an RCI-recognized institution.
Completion of an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (mandatory for RCI registration).
Valid RCI-approved license to practice as a clinical psychologist.
Proven experience in providing psychological assessment and therapy.
Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and psychological theories.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
