Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift (7:00AM to 3:30PM)
Start Date: Immediate

1. Licensed Electrician

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical rough-in and final installations for modular units
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Ensure all electrical work complies with ESA and CSA A277 standards
Perform functional tests and troubleshooting on-site and in-factory
Requirements:

Valid 309A Electrical License
Familiarity with modular or residential wiring systems is an asset
Strong attention to detail and safety
2. Licensed Plumber

Responsibilities:

Install and pressure-test DWV, domestic hot/cold water systems in modular units
Read and follow plumbing schematics and design drawings
Perform hook-ups and testing as required
Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Plumbing Code and CSA A277
Requirements:

Valid Journeyman Plumber License
Experience with PEX, ABS, PVC and copper installations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. HVAC Technician
Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems including ductwork, ERV's, FCU's, HRVs, and split systems in modular units
Perform system testing
Interpret mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with code
Support commissioning and quality inspections
Requirements:

Valid Journeyman ( Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic)
ODP certification
Experience in residential or modular settings
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Pay: $36.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
