Licensed plumber

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction plumbing, and remodeling projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to assembling and installing plumbing fixtures, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Plumber will work on various construction sites, ensuring that all plumbing installations meet industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
• Assemble and install plumbing systems according to blueprints and schematics.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems, including fixtures and pipes.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various work environments.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Weld pipes and fittings as required for specific installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Experience
• Proven experience in plumbing, particularly in construction plumbing and remodeling projects.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing installations.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment relevant to the trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.
• A maintenance person background or experience in related trades is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.17 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
