• Base Hourly Rate: $48- $52 per hour

Landon Mechanical is currently hiring Licensed Plumbers to work on commercial and institutional projects across Southwestern Ontario. The ideal candidates are safety-minded, reliable, and experienced in new construction or retrofit work for commercial buildings such as schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities.
Requirements:
306A license- Active member of the Ontario College of Trades OR 3rd-5th year level apprentices preferred
• Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification (306A – Plumber)
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically demanding work environment requiring a strong manual dexterity
• Own reliable transportation for all seasons; Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, test, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents to plan plumbing layouts and sequencing
• Cut, thread, solder, and assemble pipes and fittings using appropriate hand and power tools
• Install plumbing fixtures, hot water tanks, pumps, backflow devices, and equipment per code and project specs
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and sheet metal trades on integrated mechanical systems
• Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Building Code and site-specific safety standards
• Attend safety meetings and follow health and safety protocols on all job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition
• Provide mentorship or guidance to junior apprentices (if applicable)
