As a Life and Health Sales Development Leader at GEPL Capital, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our insurance business. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and acquisition, as well as managing a team of Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) to achieve business targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products, with a strong focus on achieving monthly business targets and onboard new POSPs.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
To drive sales of Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products through direct and indirect channels.
To develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
POSP Recruitment and Management:
To identify, recruit, and onboard new POSPs to expand the sales network.
To provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to POSPs to ensure their productivity.
Target Achievement:
To consistently meet or exceed monthly business and POSP acquisition targets.
To monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in selling Life, Health, Motor, and Travel Insurance products.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and successfully onboard and manage POSPs.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Certifications in insurance sales will be an added advantage.
