Life Health Insurance Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Benefit Specialists to join our team. This role is focused on managing the annual enrollment period for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and life insurance, with the necessary licenses to operate in this field. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Must Haves:
• Valid health and life insurance license.
• Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.
• Must have gone through two AEP's (annual enrollment periods).
• Experience working in telehealth specifically in Medicare.
• Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Plusses:
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the annual enrollment period for health and life insurance benefits.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding their benefits options.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Assist clients in understanding and selecting the best insurance plans to meet their needs.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in health and life insurance regulations and industry trends.

Compensation:

This position is paying between $22-$25/hour based on years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
