Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in food preparation and a solid grasp of kitchen safety and hygiene. This role is essential to ensuring that meals are consistently prepared with exceptional quality, taste, and presentation. Creativity, precision, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment are key attributes we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook diverse menu items following established recipes and quality standards
Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment
Support menu development, with consideration for dietary needs and guest preferences
Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked, including proper food storage practices
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service during peak hours
Track kitchen inventory and communicate supply needs to the management team
Assist in training new team members on cooking techniques and safe food handling procedures
Qualifications

Prior experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally in a cooking role
Strong understanding of food preparation methods and food safety practices
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to take initiative when needed
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Genuine passion for food and a drive to deliver an outstanding dining experience
