Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Kinjo Sushi & Grill North Hill. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence in Japanese cuisine.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed meticulously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area during service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Requirements

Line cook experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
