About the Role:
The primary function of the Investment Associate is to work with the VP, Impact Investments to build myAgro’s working capital program (WCP) through collaborating with the Development and Finance teams at myAgro, creating strategic alliances to help expand myAgro’s WCP, and developing relationships with lenders and other external stakeholders.
You will report to the VP, Impact Investments. Aside from the Finance and Development teams, the Investment Associate will work with other teams including sales, operations, and logistics and procurement. As part of the Investment Team, you will help raise up to $30 million in working capital over the next 3 years to support myAgro’s growth to serve 1 million farmers and become the world’s most cost-effective agritech organization.
You Will:
• Research and cultivate relationships with prospective lenders to join myAgro’s WCP.
• Support the VP, Investments with strategy and implementation of short- and long-term financing structures and strategies.
• Develop financial models to forecast working capital trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Build relationships with the lender community, impact investment organizations, bankers, attorneys, and other external partners to form a valuable network of subject matter experts.
• Be the relationship coordinator for a growing portfolio of lenders, delivering on all aspects of relationship management, including regular communications. This includes the delivery of, accurate, and professional submissions of solicitations and reports.
• Help manage the relationships with myAgro’s attorneys to facilitate lender agreements and complex financial and legal negotiations.
• Use content from myAgro’s Development and Communications teams (client stories, impact studies, analyses) to engage lenders, foundation partners, and prospects.)
You Have:
• 3 years of experience in banking or investment management as a client relationship coordinator
• Experience translating and presenting complex financial information in a clear way and identifying applicable insights from the data.
• Experience working with partners across multiple geographies
• Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Fluent in English. French desirable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Linux Systems Administrator (Systems Administrator III-V) performs complex to advanced (senior-level) systems administration work. Work involves system configuration based on procedures and user requirements, resolving system and customer issues, system planning, and maintaining reliable system operation. Maintains a reliable, predictable work schedule. May be called upon to work outside of normal business hours to sustain operations or complete urgent assignments. Works under general to minimal supervision, with moderate to considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
-Perform systems analysis and administration work supporting agency applications and associated programs within IT.
-Ensure the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of agency's application server systems.
-Analyze OS operation and applications on Linux platforms.
-Maintain and support hardware and software configurations and enhancements.
-Works on multiple concurrent projects/tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Maintain, analyze, and define disaster recovery procedures and participates in disaster recovery tests and actual recoveries as needed.
-Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation (2-3 weeks per year), to respond to major incidents impacting production systems on weekends and after hours.
-May plan, assign, and direct the work of others in support of the Agency application and server systems.
-Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and agency laws, rules, policies, and procedures including IT Handbook and SOPs that govern TWC IT.
-Contribute to teamwork and communicate effectively.
-Promote an image of IT excellence.
-Perform other duties as assigned and as required to maintain operations.
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT WITH:
-Three years or more experience with Linux operating systems.
-Experience with supporting application frameworks and databases.
-Experience with scripting: shell, Perl, etc.
-Experience with AWS cloud platform.
-Linux Certification.
-Vendor management skills and change control background.

-Systems Administrator V: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, management information systems or a related field plus three years of experience in systems administration work.
