AK Tiwari & Associates is a law firm located in Noida that provides legal representation to clients all over India for matters primarily related to divorce, domestic violence, dowry, child custody, maintenance, FIRs under various sections, bail proceedings, consumer builder disputes, and other legal issues.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate is responsible for representing clients in court, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court on behalf of clients. The Litigation Associate is also responsible for managing a caseload and communicating with clients.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Indian law and legal procedures specially Hindu Marriage Act and CPC
Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
Excellent legal research skills
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Ability to appear in court on. behalf of clients and communicate with clients effectively
Experience in the courts of UP and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university
Experience in family and criminal law is a plus,
