Responsibilities
As a Permanent Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for
Managing all aspects of litigation proceedings from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery to the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes
Representing clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters
Communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel and other external parties to achieve the best outcome for the client
Drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
Providing legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations, ensuring they understand the legal complexities of their situation
Collaborating with a team of attorneys on case preparation and strategy development
Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the practice and clients
