This role provides the opportunity to manage cases from inception to resolution and contribute to high-profile litigation matters.Duties:Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, product liability, and personal injury matters

Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and case analyses
Assist in all phases of litigation, from case strategy development through trial, including depositions, discovery, and pre-trial motions
Manage multiple litigation matters, ensuring cases progress efficiently and deadlines are met
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategies and execute case plans
Participate in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts on behalf of clients
Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients on case developments and legal strategies
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary to advocate for client interests.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
