Job Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their team in either West Palm Beach or Port St. Lucie, Florida. This position offers a unique opportunity to focus solely on litigation without the need to market for cases, allowing you to concentrate on your legal practice and maximize your earnings through a structured, guaranteed percentage of settlements and verdicts.

Key Highlights
• No Marketing Required: You won't have to search for cases, but if you bring in referrals, you'll receive a guaranteed percentage of the fee, clearly outlined in your Employment Agreement. (+ 7% on cases + 27% on cases they bring in)
• Guaranteed Six-Figure Salary: Along with a competitive base salary, you'll receive a contractually binding percentage of settlements or verdicts obtained.

Job Requirements
• Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
• No Defense Attorneys: This role is strictly for those on the plaintiff's side.
• Personal Injury Experience Required.
• Experience with Case Management System – FileVine is preferred but not required.

Experience Needed
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• 5+ years of experience on the Plaintiff’s side with significant trial experience.
