Litigation Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer (2+ years PAE) to join our team. This role involves managing your own files across family law and/or general civil and commercial litigation. Experience in both areas is an advantage but not essential.



About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

Handle and manage your own litigation matters from start to finish
Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court appearances, negotiations, and mediations
Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Provide strategic advice to clients while working collaboratively within the team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least 2 years of post-admission experience in family law and/or civil/commercial litigation
