We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant who is highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys with case management and litigation tasks.
• Draft, edit, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
• Coordinate court filings and calendar management.
• Liaise between attorneys, clients, and court staff.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
