Our client is actively recruiting for a legal secretary with 4+ years of solid litigation experience for their La Jolla offices! The opportunity is with an established mid-sized firm that specializes in general liability, labor and employment, professional liability (emphasis on design professionals), construction, education law, business torts & transactions, class actions, and general civil defense.

You will join an established support team of legal secretaries and paralegals that support attorneys in complex litigation and trial in state and federal courts. Candidates with a strong civil defense background are strongly preferred. Interested candidates should have strong civil litigation knowledge, be proficient in calendaring, have strong attention to detail, experience preparing legal documents, and the ability to work well independently in a busy office environment. This role will be crucial to the success of the San Diego office as it continues to grow and take on additional cases.
