Live Chat Officer | Work from home

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a passionate and driven Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Analytical thinking and strong decision-making skills
- Passion for helping others and a drive to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
