Are you an experienced Loader and Machine Operator looking for a role that fits around your weekday commitments? We are seeking a capable and motivated Operator to support operations across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
This role involves the safe and efficient operation of loaders, excavators, and our screening plant, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. You will work closely with our site-based team throughout your training period and continue to receive ongoing support from our leadership team. This role also requires a high level of autonomy, as you will frequently be working independently and making on-site decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a part-time, permanent weekend position, working 10–12-hour shifts per day (30–36 hours per week). Hours of work can be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate site equipment including loaders, excavators, and screening plants
Efficiently load and unload trucks
Carry out minor maintenance on site equipment and liaise with contractors as required
Use downtime productively to maintain site cleanliness and assist with additional operational tasks

Our Ideal Candidate:
Holds a current Class 2 licence with WTR and F endorsements, with proven loader experience
Is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Has a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
Is safety-focused and takes pride in maintaining a tidy, well-run site
Enjoys physical work and long shifts
A competitive hourly rate will be negotiated to reflect the successful candidate’s experience and skill level.
