Responsibilities

1. The Loan Officer will be required to find suitable and perfect loan applicants who need Personal Loan/ Business Loan/ Home Loan

Vehicle Loan etc.

2. Preparing Presentation on Behalf of Banks, NBFC’s and present it to the applicants.

3. Preparation and shortlisting Documents of the applicant.

4. Need to make unavailable documents for the applicant.

5. Verify Documents and CIBIL to as per banking requirements.

6. Day to Day Daily follow up to clients.

7. Need to fulfil the target.

8. To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency

+. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.

10.Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meeting, and loan applicants

11.Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.

12.Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.

13.Sometime Visiting Banks for Clarification and presentations.

Day to Day Routines and Duties

1. Everyday Morning Starts with a team meeting.

2. Taking Strong action on the Meeting Conclusions.

3. Work Accordingly decided on the meeting.

4. Need to work for Targets achievements on daily basis.

5. Meeting with Banking Partners and financiers.

6. Visiting and meeting with clients for closing the deals.

7. Filling the applicant Loan applications form and signing the documents of term and conditions.

8. Submit the documents for to the Loan Manager for further proceeding to the next step.

+. Initial Billing and submit the fee to the cash counter.

10.Daily work report should be prepared and submit on WhatsApp Group on every day end.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
