As a Part Of Role, Your Responsibility Includes
• Ensure completion of all tasks as per service level agreements
• Internal Trainer for cross-Training and New Joiner Trainings
• Preparation of monthly control reports
• You will support month-end close deliverables for the division
• Involvement in day to day work as and if required
• Support management in various ad-hoc projects and automation implementation
• Collaboration in processes changes and implementation
• Opportunities to collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments

Your future colleagues

APAC Loan Operations PB supports the Private Bank Business and Credit Risk team with the following tasks:
• Transaction processing (transfer approvals) and periodic or ad-hoc System inputs for Private Banking clients
• Lifecycle Management for products – Insurance, Bank Guarantee and Letter of undertaking
• Credit limit cancellations and pricing changes
• Lifecycle Management for share back lending transactions and non standard Lombard accounts

You Offer

To excel in this role, you should possess
• You have a minimum of 5-+ years of work experience in a financial institution
• You should have proven experience working in a private banking supporting credit risk and front office departments
• Outstanding knowledge of standard/non standard Lombard credit limits and share backed lending transactions
• You are able to work independently with strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills where you have the ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels within the organization and recognize cultural differences
• You are able to comprehend risk / control concepts quickly
• You implement BAU processes ensuring high standards of quality
• Phenomenal attention to detail, in particular with numbers
• You have project management skills and can balance multiple priorities
• You have outstanding excel and power-point skills further to having strong analytical skills
• You are ambitious, dedicated and hardworking who can work on own initiative whilst also working together and deliver on time
