Responsibilities:

Utilise your knowledge and understanding of the NDIS to create pathways and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.
Support people with disabilities, their families, and carers by providing linkage and referral to community and mainstream services.
Manage confidential information in line with organisational procedures.
Assist the area leadership team to implement the organisational strategic and operational plans within the region.
Collaborate with your team to create solutions and approaches to effectively meet the needs of people living with disabilities.
Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with participants, their families, and the community.
Maintain a professional relationship with the NDIA to ensure the successful delivery of services

Requirements:

Lived experience of a disability.
Experience in sales, customer service, or the social care sector.
Proven ability to work within KPI expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
Passion and understanding for supporting people living with disabilities.
Current Police Check.
Current NSW Working with Children’s Check.
Current NDIS Worker Check.
Willingness to undertake a functional assessment.
Commitment to supporting NDIS participants through various stages of their journey.
Openness to comprehensive training opportunities.
