Job Purpose
The incumbent will be the responsible for achieving targeted business volumes through sourcing personal loans from market using DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners. The role encompasses team management, maintaining strong relationships, communicating effectively with credit, operation and product teams and eventually setting up a quality portfolio for the location.
Key Accountabilities
• Source New to Bank Asset relationships
• Adding new channels to the existing set from the market and acquiring business from them
• Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets esp PL product, operations, and current market trends
• Identifying the changing market trends & channel development needs for acquiring and increasing business volumes
• Recommend improvements to processes and policies to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Source New to Bank Asset relationships
• To achieve the Budgeted targets of the location
• Conduct basic Due diligence while on-boarding new asset relationships
• Constant Monitoring of the Portfolio for yields as well as quality. Work closely with the monitoring team for early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identified
• To comply with the Bank’s process & policies
Required Experiences
• Overall 5 + years of experience in sales
• 2 years of sales experience in SME/Business Banking Lending
• Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME/Business Banking segment
• Knowledge of competitors and marketplace
• Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment, with reference to customer preferences and requirement is preferred
Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Any graduate / Postgraduate
