Your Role
Your Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing all logistics activities, including shipments, inventory control, and order processing.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain logistics data in the internal systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, ensure stock is replenished on time, and support warehouse operations to meet demand and supply targets.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any logistical issues, working with relevant teams to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and any discrepancies, for future reference and compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and contribute suggestions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Your Skills And Experiences
• Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional ability to spot errors and discrepancies in data or processes, maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in logistics or warehouse management systems being an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently when necessary.
