Job Summary:

As an assistant, your core responsibilities include meeting AutoZone's high standards for productivity and customer satisfaction. This involves ensuring product availability, processing orders accurately, and following all procedures.

Position Responsibilities:
• Manages store tasks efficiently during their assigned shift
• Prioritizes the safety of the work environment, which entails implementing the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and abiding by the rules and loss prevention guidelines established by the company
• Check the hard parts and feeder region for any safety issues and take appropriate action to remedy them
• Makes certain that the stores' returns are refilled on route deliveries in a prompt and adequate manner
• The aim is to maintain the highest standards of quality control and accuracy, with a fill rate goal set at ++ percent
• ZNET is a valuable tool for guiding customers towards their desired products or viable alternatives
• Ensures timely placement of incoming returns

Position Requirements:
• Those who do not complete their high school education often find it challenging to secure meaningful employment
• Knowledge of automotive elements is obligatory
• Exemplary communication and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in raising, moving, and delivering merchandise
