PURCHASE ORDER CHECKING POINTS OF CONTRACT CHECKING THROUGH CHECKLIST CONTRACT ENTRY IN ERP CONTRACT ENTRY APPROVAL UNDERSTAND MISMATCH REVERT BACK TO CUSTOMER AND GET THE REVISED ORDER VERIFICATION OF ORDER WITH STOCK IN CASE OF PART ORDER, COMMUNICATE WITH SALES PERSON/CUSTOMERS AND ACCORDINGLY ACT IF STOCK NOT FOUND, SEND THE ADVICE TO FACTORY/PURCHASE WITH COPY TO PM FOLLOW UP FOR NOT FOUND ITEMS NOT FOUND INFORMATION IS TO BE COMMUNICATE TO SALESPERSON KEEP INFO. ABOUT TAT OF INDIVIDUAL SALES CONTRACT SENDING PACKING ADVICE TO WAREHOUSE & FACTORY GETTING PACKING LIST FROM UNIT PREPARING DO GETTING APPROVAL FOR DO INVOICE DISPATCH PROOF OF DELIVERY PERFORMA INVOICE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER E-INVOICE IN CASE OF DISCREPANCY FOUND IN DISPATCHED THE MATERIAL, THEN THEY HAVE TO COORDINATE AFTER RECTIFIED THE THINGS AND INVOLVE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF CARE.COORDINATION WITH PM ,ALLOCATION OF MATERIAL **Process of WorkFlow-** LOGISTICS PROCESS. a) Contract Entry b) Contract Approval c)Checking of Stock Availability d) Send Packing Advice e) Packing Slip sent by the Factory f) Actual Packing will be done g) DO Preparation & approval h) Preparing of Invoice & Way-Bill, In case of company portal E-invoice is uploaded i)Dispatch j) LR Copy k) POD
