About Geneo :

About Geneo Learning Center:

Geneo Learning center is an initiative to help students with hybrid learning model. With Geneo learning center students would be able to attend classes with face to face interaction with teachers , have their doubts solved and get personalized attention with classroom equipped with latest technology.

We are looking for passionate motivated Mentors for Math and Science who want to join us and bring in their very best to our centers.

The duties and responsibilities of a Teacher shall include the following:

Overall Functions

Ø To teach and educate students according to guidelines provided by the Academic Head and National Curriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the competent education authority;

Ø To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of Unit/Institute.

Main Responsibilities

Ø Taking classes at GENEO Learning Centre.

Ø Taking doubt classes for students at the centre.

Ø Developing study material for the regular exam programs and curriculum of NCERT.

Ø Reviewing already created study material for further improvement and enhancement.

Ø Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers and Daily Practice Worksheets etc.

Ø Conducting extra classes as when required to help weak students or to give more grilling to good students.

Ø Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents and the management.

Ø Maintain a organized, non-political and transparent atmosphere in the staff room/organization.

Ø Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject.

Ø Participate and contribute in all the events, activities, initiatives organized by the management/head office.

Ø Making use of audiovisual technological devices/aides (KYAN) and other adaptations during the delivery of the lessons
