Job Summary
This is a wage plus tips position. Wage is negotiable depending on experience. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of hospitality. Must have minimum 5 years of Hospitality, and 3 years of leadership. Must have bartending and serving experience. This is a hands on role with support from the owners. We want to work with you to create systems and the right feel.

Duties

Supervise and manage staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and clerical duties.
Utilize POS systems for inventory management and sales tracking.
Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to build a strong team.
Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Create a fun and exciting atmosphere for everyone
Create a culture based on hospitality, and inclusivity
Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position.
Experience in recruiting and training staff is preferred.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and clerical duties.
Knowledge of market trends relevant to the industry is advantageous.
Experience with POS systems will be beneficial.
