We are hiring for the role of a Lube Technician and are looking for a hard working individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the automotive industry.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience we expect from our Lube Technician:
Have basic automotive knowledge, Experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. safely.
Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services on vehicles
Inspect vehicles for additional repair or maintenance needs
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
Familiarity with dealership procedures is a plus
Starting wage will depend on experience as well there is a bonus program for qualified applicants.
