We offer a range of services including infrastructure assessments, MEP designs, energy audits, BIM, sustainability, LEED certification, and systems commissioning**.** company website - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures) - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. - Update calendars and schedule meetings - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing - Assist in filling out and submitting tender documents as needed - Handle administrative operational tasks such as managing office schedules, coordinating office events, and assisting with office-related projects - Database Management & Record Keeping - Managing diaries and scheduling meetings - Managing travel expenses - Arranging post and deliveries - Assisting in birthday celebrations, event celebrations, and festive celebrations - Oversee housekeeping functions to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office space • *Requirements**: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers) - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, • *Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift • *Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) • *Language**: - English (preferred) - Hindi (preferred) Work Location: In person
