About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Presales Executive at LuxL Living in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients visiting the Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
• Sales Activities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and market share
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions
Qualifications and Skills
• Lead Generation, Sales, and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
A background in the luxury or furniture industry is advantageous but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential.
