Job description
Liaisioning with government departments and regulatory authorities viz. for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.

Should be aware of drafting Legal Notices, Petitions, Complaints, Replies and other documents in connection with the legal cases of the Company in consultations with the advocates of the company.

Coordinating with Advocates for filing of Complaints / Suits / Written Statements / Affidavits / Replies to Legal Notices.

Require to assist in preparation of drafting, pleadings and research of suits regarding Specific Performance, Suit for Declaration, Ejection Suits, Money Recovery Suits.

Execution of Promoter Cell Registration, Mutation & Conversion of Property.

Handled all sorts of Legal Compliances.

Maintained liaison with the concerned Advocates and Govt. Officials regarding the Legal matters.

Kept all the records and updates of litigation and following up the cases from time to time.

Should be aware of Drafting Construction related Agreements such as Civil Contractor agreement, Agreement for Sale, General Terms and Condition for leasehold properties, Allotment letters, Lease deeds, Mortgage Deeds, Deed of Conveyances.
