Responsibilities
Shift- 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
Rate: 16.50 hourly
Change out tubs at machine
Weigh tub to get correct piece count and weight
Record and return information to operator
Deliver Raw Material to Headers as required
Help clean and organize machines
Assist in the Setup and operation of headers/boltmakers as needed
Use of gages and measuring instruments are required to make sure parts conform to specification
Determine and locate required tooling to manufacture part
Put all required tools and load on a setup cart and deliver to proper machine
Verify condition of tooling
The above listed items must be done prior to the start of the setup
As needed, Sort tub/basket to remove any non-conforming parts
Assist in tearing down setup after job is complete
Follow all safety rules and procedures
Report any unsafe condition to your supervisor immediately
Learn and practice preventative maintenance on machinery and tooling to protect from damage and loss
Report any conditions requiring repair to your supervisor
Clean machine and work area daily
Keep area clean and orderly, floor around machine must be kept free of oil
Perform any other general tasks as may be directed

• Change out tubs at machine. Weigh tub to get correct piece count and weight. Record and return information to operator.
