Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain facility equipment
Complete daily maintenance and repair logs
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot systems and machine-down situations in the factory and diagnose complex equipment failures including mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic control systems and ensures timely corrective action
Perform mechanical repairs which may include welding, fabrications, assembling/disassembling items such as valves, pumps, production equipment and other mechanical/power transfer components
Performs electrical repairs to buildings, fixtures, and equipment
May redesign basic electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment
Inspects, monitors, and troubleshoots heating and air conditioning units
Under limited supervision, perform a variety of complex installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic manufacturing equipment
Maintain facility HVAC, lighting, compressors, and ground maintenance

Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain facility equipment.

Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
