Job Description
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning, scheduling, and reporting for all built infrastructure maintenance activity. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance, capital works, life cycle, and condition-based activity for buildings, plant, infrastructure, and systems.

Key Accountabilities
Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality fundamental Master Data records to enable accurate, real-time reporting across the portfolio.
Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic Maintenance Planning structure within Computerised Maintenance Management Software System S/4HANA inclusive of Technical Objects (Functional Locations and Equipment), Work Centres, Tasks Lists, Maintenance Plans, and their Maintenance Items.
Manage the Preventive Maintenance Index along with associated tools, such as Key Performance Indicator spreadsheets to track and record completed maintenance per financial year.
Manage Maintenance records via a mix of Electronic Storage and Hardcopy file copies within existing systems, and future systems as directives change.
