Maintenance Remedial Plumber

We are looking for a Maintenance Plumbing Engineer to join the team, the successful candidate will be ideally based in Birmingham and cover the Midlands region.

Package
• Salary- up to £32,000 (depending on experience) In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available. OTE £38,000
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• 23 days holiday per year plus bank holiday. Increasing holiday by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days

As a Remedial Plumber, you will be repairing and updating existing services or systems

Duties
• Tank Cleans
• Remedial Plumbing tasks
• Small Install Work
• Water Sampling
• Water Temperature monitoring
• TMV replacements
• Small Tank Replacements/ remedials
• Removal of deadlegs

Requirements
• Plumbing qualification-City and Guilds Level 2
• Full Driving Licence
