A position has come available for an experienced Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

The overall functions of this role are:

General handy-person and trade duties
Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
Flexible approach to work with occasional night shift work
To succeed in this role you will need:

Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
Versatile handy-person skills
Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
Basic plumbing skills
Physically capable of moving equipment
Ability to be part of a team.
Be self-motivated and responsible
Liaise with customers as required.
Trade qualification is helpful
