Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively
Must be physically capable of performing work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair industrial systems

Responsibilities
This position involves maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operations
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve problems efficiently
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with the production team to schedule repairs and routine maintenance
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

This position involves maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment, mechanical maintenance, and electrical systems. Qualifications

• Proven experience with mechanical maintenance, industrial electrical systems, reading and troubleshooting electrical schematics, and industrial equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC a plus).
• Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical.
• Familiarity with GMP and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.
• Must be physically capable of performing work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair industrial systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.
