Equipment Setup and Changeovers:
Perform equipment changeovers and setups for different product runs
Ensure accurate and efficient machine adjustments
Technical Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures
Ensure a safe working environment
Collaboration:
Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance
Provide technical support to machine operators

Manufacturer in the Orlando area is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of filling and packaging machines. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines. This is a 1st shift position.
