To be successful in this role, you will need
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role in the manufacturing industry
Proven experience with hydraulic systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repair, PLC programming, mechanical systems, electrical systems, machine operation, precision measurement, power tools, pneumatic systems, and conveyor systems
Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems, as well as an ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
High level of proficiency in using various tools to perform repairs and maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays
A valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
This is a permanent position with a sign-on bonus, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our complex machinery and equipment, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently
As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include
Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum life span and efficiency
Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
Utilizing PLC programming to enhance equipment functionality and efficiency
Handling equipment repairs including mechanical and electrical systems
Operating a variety of machine tools to manufacture and repair mechanical assemblies
Performing precision measurements to control and adjust machine functions as needed
Using power tools effectively and safely to perform necessary repairs and maintenance
Responding promptly to service requests and conducting emergency repairs as needed
Complying with all safety and health regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly work area
