Responsibilities
Flexibility (Work 15 days a month)
Earth stewardship
Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)
You will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to:
Maintaining a safe working environment and good housekeeping conditions
Ensuring that all paperwork is completed properly and accurately
Troubleshooting Electrical and Mechanical processes and controls as assigned
Assembling and installing new production equipment
Making mechanical repairs
Electrical repair
(Replace motors, drives, fuses, etc.)
Performing roll changes as dictated by the production schedule
Reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics as they relate to electrical and mechanical requirements
Performing facility maintenance tasks
Operating electrical and mechanical test equipment
Working as a team player to reach consistent output goals
Maintaining a safe workspace and commitment to following CNG's Safety Mission
Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities
Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes
Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible
Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers
Maintain production volume and efficiency
Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor

What We Need From You
You will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to:

Our Safety Requirements

Our Basic Qualifications
• 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience preferred
• A driven team player looking to maximize their potential
• A sound decision maker with strong communication skills
• A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance
• Two years of technical school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems, or other similar skilled trades is desired along with 2 or more years of verifiable work experience in related fields.
• Experience with PLC's, drives and industrial controls is desired.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
